Thomas Peterson

(polansky)
The Seattle-based composer Thomas Peterson passed away in winter 2006.
Unfortunately, much of his work has been lost. Although Frog Peak Music
has a few pieces of his (including one below), I am
archiving some materials in my possession on this site as part of a
general community
effort to preserve his work, led by the composer David Mahler, a close
friend of Tom's.
- Design on B-A-C-H. Trombone.
This is
available from Frog Peak Music,
but this score seems to have some pencil markings, made for the Mills
Contemporary Ensemble Performance, in the early 1980s, given by Toyoji
Tomita.
- Elegy and Dance.
Mandoline,
guitar, and harp. Part 1. Part 2.
The score is in two parts
because it was too long for one .pdf file.
- Reflection for pianoforte.
- A cv that Tom sent me, early 1980s, with a
list
of works.
